Philosophy
I like being in the work: product calls, design files, and code when it helps. The through-line for me is shipping useful things end-to-end—especially when the interaction model is new, like agents and copilots, and the bar for quality and trust is high.
Background
I studied computer science and business at Lehigh, then spent years as a founder and operator—first a small IT services company I grew and sold, then a musical-instrument price comparison startup. After that I was head of growth at Capax Global (later Hitachi Solutions), where I wore a lot of hats across product, data, and go-to-market. That path led me to Microsoft as a product lead on experiences with very large reach, then back to building on my own: a product collective (Western Hemlock), five SwiftUI apps under SPRK, and Outpost—an AI marketplace I still run today.
Experience
Today I'm Head of Product for Azure Copilot, leading strategy and execution across a large cross-functional org—owning agent platform direction, quality, and how we integrate LLMs at scale for roughly 20M developers and architects. I've also announced Copilot agents on stage at Microsoft Ignite to a global audience of 200K+. In parallel I've been CEO of Outpost, where we've served 30K+ users, built agent pipelines for onboarding hundreds of professionals, and shipped product end-to-end—including #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt. Earlier at Microsoft I led initiatives that simplified how customers deploy cloud solutions (including onboarding and connection flows that cut support costs by about 70% over two years) and shipped work used by 10M+ MAU.
